Kazakhstan sells Western technology to Russians?

This message was given by The Insider. The portal claims that companies registered in Kazakhstan purchased products from 2023 to 2024, including specified companies as German Rohde & Schwarz, French Safran Data Systems, American Mini-Circuits, or Irish Farran Technology, and then re-exported them to Russia. Only Askarlab since November 2023 bought high-end radio equipment worth about US$2 million.
