A bail for a monkey? Passed erstwhile decision

The bail strategy has only been in operation since October, and it is expected to change again. The Deputy Climate Minister has given a possible deadline for changes. They may include alleged monkeys, or tiny glass disposable bottles with alcohol - usually 100 ml.
