Kata Tüttő for “Rzeczpospolita”: Europe saves on its own future

The fresh EU budget proposal for the period 2028–2034 in practice weakens cohesion policy and transfers real power over the Structural Funds to national governments. We fear that cohesion policy, becoming a national policy, will be reduced to a sack of money, warns Kata Tüttő, president of the European Committee of the Regions.
