The second circular of the 2025 presidential election is underway. Citizens will decide whether Karol Nawrocki or Rafał Trzaskowski will become the head of state. All citizens who turn 18 at the latest on election day are eligible to vote and are not deprived of public or electoral rights. To vote correctly, it is worth to know the details of the election card in advance.
Election card in the second circular of the 2025 presidential election has standard format A5 (148 mm × 210 mm). Its plan is minimalist and unambiguous – so that everyone can easy read the information on it.
Key physical features:
• printing on white paper of appropriate weight
• unilateral form
• beheading in the advanced right corner to facilitate the usage of blind people (cards in Poland)
• vertical agreement or levels - depending on the decision of the local committee,
• no colour, graphic characters or elements suggesting political sympathy

Mandatory tab items
The card must contain information in accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Code and the resolution of the Polish Parliament:
Names of candidates
• given in alphabetical order
• uniform cut and font size
• without photographs, logotypes of committees or organization abbreviations
• names must comply with those registered by PKW
Voting cages
• on 1 at each name, on the left
• they are utilized to place the "X" mark (two intersecting lines)
• Place the cross only inside the grate

• explains that placing more than 1 "X" or selecting another places results in nullity of the vote
Stamp of the electoral commission
• each card must bear the seal of the committee which issued it,
• the stamp shall bear the name of the circuit and the number of the commission,
• without it, the card is declared invalid
In the event of any confusion as to the correctness of the card, report immediately to a associate of the committee. If necessary, the card may be replaced and the incorrect card withdrawn and decently secured.
When is the card cancelled?
Voting card may be declared invalidif:
• deficiency of committee seal
• is destroyed or illegible
• contains more than 1 "X" character,
• The cross is outside the grid or does not match 2 intersecting lines
• No selection mark on the card

Voting by correspondence and by proxy
In the case of correspondence and with the participation of a proxy, the card looks identical to the standard vote. Differences only the way it is filled:
• by letter vote, the card is included in the electoral package
• the proxy gives the vote according to the voter’s will, but he physically marks the choice
• all elements - instructions, seals and rules - stay unchanged
