Karol Nawrocki wants tougher penalties. Up to 12 years in prison

The increasing scale of migrant smuggling is simply a origin for concern among the government. That is why the draft law on assistance to Ukrainians, which was presented by Karol Nawrocki, was to include a provision on tougher penalties in the event of illegal practice.
