"Poland is simply a dynamic, modern and assured country from which Germany can learn a lot," says Knut Abraham, the fresh coordinator of the German government for Polish-German intersocial and border cooperation. In an interview with "DW", Abraham, a diplomat and MP for the Bundestag, in a comic but correct way sums up the differences in infrastructure, saying, "If I don't have the Internet, it means I'm in Germany" - he says.
