Upon his return from his authoritative visit to the US, president Karol Nawrocki is to announce a final decision on the swearing-in of six Constitutional Court judges elected by the Sejm on 13 March. However, the moods in the ruling camp are clear: the negotiation time is over. The Justice Ministry announces the implementation of alternate scenarios to enable judges to work even without the engagement of the head of state.
