Charles Nawrocki is suing Onet. Why not in election mode? "Very hard task"

Karol Nawrocki announced that Onetu would be sued in civilian mode alternatively than in much faster electoral mode. It should be shown to the court that Onet deliberately urged the vote not on Nawrocki. I uncertainty that this can be attributed effectively to the press - prof. Ewa Nowińska from the Jagiellonian University commented in TOK FM.
