56th edition of the planet economical Forum, scheduled for 19–23 January and held under the motto The spirit of dialogueis 1 of the most crucial economical and political developments in the world. Organized since 1971 in the Swiss Davos Forum, it attracts leaders of countries, representatives of the business planet and technological and cultural backgrounds all year.

Programme Leaders Forum powered by Poland will focus on the key challenges of the coming decade, specified as geopolitics, the global economy, the improvement of fresh technologies as well as energy and wellness security. As the organisers say, the agenda will besides include issues concerning relations with the United States and the future of the labour market.

Among the Polish participants of the Forum will be: Minister of abroad Affairs Radosław Sikorski, Minister of Finance and Economy Andrzej Domański, Minister of Energy Miłosz Motyka, Minister of State Assets Wojciech Balczun, and Deputy Ministers of Digitization Rafał Rosiński, Aleksandra Gajewska's work and State Assets Konrad Gołota. Poland will besides be represented by the chair of the European Parliamentary Commission Agnieszka Pomaska.

President's Program

President Karol Nawrocki and members of the Polish government will besides participate in Davos. The president will be present on 20–22 January, and the first day of his visit will be devoted primarily to bilateral talks and meetings with representatives of global institutions. The programme includes a gathering with president of the planet Bank Ajay Bang.

On January 21, Karol Nawrocki will participate in a debate on Europe's ability to defend itself and in a peculiar session with US president Donald Trump.

On the last day, the president will meet with the Polish media and then hold talks with Israeli president Icchak Hercog, Cisco president Chuck Robbins and Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovici. It will besides take part in the next IGWEL gathering on Europe's fresh geopolitical strategy.
