The Gdańsk prosecutors refused to initiate an investigation in 7 key threads concerning the takeover of Jerzy Ż.'s flat by the president of Elekta Karol Nawrocki and his spouse. Investigators will not investigate, among others, fraud to the detriment of the municipality or false statements before the notary.
