On Monday in TVN24, the Chief Executive stressed that the candidate supported by the Law and Justice Karol Nawrocki is inactive ready for a fair play debate with candidate KO Rafał Trzaskowski. He said, Friday's debate in Koński broadcast by the 3 biggest televisions “It was 1 large setup.” — Trzaskowski's staff organized it. Nawrocki's chief of staff stressed that Thursday he came to TVP headquarters, to talk about the conditions of the debate, but, as he said, no 1 wanted to talk to him due to the fact that everything was settled. “It was established that there were 3 stations, and I wanted more. The conditions that were acceptable to both parties had to be agreed,” said Chief.
Nawrocki's chief of staff speaks of a "status"
In his opinion, the fact that it was a "status" shows that 3 televisions, knowing that the conditions of the debate had not been agreed, "supported the debate" and carried out a broadcast from the place of the planned debate, or sports hall, where it was not known whether Nawrocki would appear. He added that "there was a probability" that the talker of the Sejm Simon Holovnia, candidate of the 3rd Road, who came to the Horses, would not be allowed into the hall.

When asked who was negotiating with whom 5 years ago the conditions of the pre-election debate in Koński, attended by Andrzej Duda, but there was no Trzaskowski, he replied that "it was a legislative debate, organized by TVP, which must take place before the elections".
The Friday debate in Koński was initially expected to be a gathering of “one-on-one” Trzaskowski and Nawrocki. Representatives of TVP, TVN and Polsat informed that they were ready to organise and broadcast the debate. However, Nawrocki's staff wanted tv Republic and Poland24.pl to be admitted to the debate. However, there was no agreement between the staff. Trzaskowski maintained the invitation for Nawrocki, and tv Republic organised its own debate on the city marketplace in Konskie.
So there were 2 debates.: the debate of tv Republic on the marketplace with the participation of 5 candidates, including Nawrocki and the debate conducted by journalists of TVP, TVN and Polsat and broadcast by these stations with the participation of 8 candidates, including Nawrocki and Trzaskowski. The TVP writer reported that the debate was organised by the election committee of Trzask and that public tv would hold a debate on all candidates in May.
In 2020, applicant for re-election Andrzej Duda refused to participate in the debate with representatives of respective editorial offices in Leszno. Rafał Trzaskowski did not participate in the debate organised by TVP in Koński.
