Karaganov: Russia should clearly express its readiness to usage atomic weapons

In an interview with the paper “Kommeersant” Karaganov said that Moscow could carry out a limited atomic attack on the NATO country, without causing widespread atomic war. In his opinion, it is in this way that the Russian Federation should show its "enemies" that all act of aggression will meet with a decisive response. He added that the safety guarantees on the part of the United States are an illusion and, in fact, do not supply any protection against atomic attack.
