Punishment for “overzealousness” and not fresh law will defend soldiers [COMMENTARY]

The Polish law allows soldiers to usage firearms while in service**. And there is no request to “combinate” with the submission of the Polish army under the provisions of the Border Guard. It is adequate to usage the "Rule of General Soldier of the Polish Army" (ROŻWP) introduced by the Order of the Minister of National Defence No. 7/MON of 28 April 2023.
