The baby doesn't want to meet the parent due to the fact that he's afraid of fighting, force or just increasing up and needs space for himself. Until now, the law has allowed his will to be respected. Now, after the fresh ultimate Court resolution of October 3, 2025, the parent can be fined financially despite the child’s opposition. Is this the end of protecting children from the compulsion to execute their contacts?
