Destroyer Captain released

The incidental occurred early in the morning of 4 July, erstwhile the Suzutsuki destroyer, who was directed to observe the Chinese army's maneuvers, was located for about 20 minutes in the territorial waters of the PRC at a distance of 12 nautical miles from the coast of Zhejiang Province.
