Actor Piotr Zelt will not hear the final judgement in a loud case about defamation of the erstwhile press spokesperson of the Chief Border Guard, Captain Anna Michalska. As stated by tv writer in Poland24 Samuel Pereira, the prosecution – at the request of the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek – withdrew the appeal from the conviction acquittaling the actor. We have asked - respective times - SG to comment on this. Unfortunately, the reaction of current decision-makers in the SG on this issue is astonishing.
