Work in the public administration sector is becoming little attractive to Poles. This is mainly due to the disproportionately low wages that officials receive in specified posts. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Donald Tusk's Chancellery offers an different incentive for Poles to work in offices. This is rather an unexpected proposal, given the dismissals of administrative staff in 2024.
