The election of members of the National Judicial Council is initially planned at the session of the Sejm, which will take place on 13-15 May 2026 – informed the Chancellery of the Sejm on Tuesday.
The Chamber received 61 candidates for judges of the KRS, 1 candidate failed to meet the requirements and will not be awarded.
The procedure for submitting candidates to the members of the National Judicial Council, in accordance with the applicable KRS Act, began on 11 February and lasted until 13 March.
