The Sejm received a draft amendment of the Act of 13 June 2019 on the pursuit of business activities in the manufacture and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunition and military or police goods and technology. This task aims to let access to passive individual protective equipment, specified as bulletproof vests and modern military helmets. The change is intended to increase citizens' safety due to ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The applicant shall be a group of Confederate Members.
