On Friday, PiS MEPs Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik failed to appear before the Pegasus Committee for the 3rd time, prompting calls to fine them and forcibly bring them in for questioning. However, for this to be possible, their immunities in the European Parliament must first be lifted.
