Although the last works are inactive in progress, the building on 10 Młyńska Street looks large from the outside. The building has undergone thermomodernization. The walls have been heated. Windows and doors were besides exchanged. The toilets have disappeared from the staircase, and fresh installations supply greater safety for residents: gas and water and sewage.
A certain item on the front of the building deserves attention. The pre-war inscription was recreated there. A fewer decades ago there was a wine and beer chamber in this building. For the renovation at ul. Młyńska 10 we obtained over PLN 1,000,000 from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
