Nawrocki's wife without immunity
In an interview with Dorothy Wysocka-Schnepf, the subject of possible criminal liability was discussed by Marty Nawrocka, the future first lady, in connection with the acquisition of a studio flat from Jerzy Z., made jointly with Karol Nawrocki.
Ryszard Kalisz, a associate of the State Election Commission and erstwhile associate of president Aleksandr Kwasniewski, estimated that Karol Nawrocki would receive immunity erstwhile he was given the resolution to elect as President, which will take place in the coming weeks. Criminal proceedings against him will not be possible from that point on. Exceptions include civilian proceedings which may be conducted in parallel with his word of office.
Kalisz besides pointed out that the details of the contract concluded between Jerzy Z. and Karol Nawrocki are unknown, so he cannot clearly measure the situation. On the basis of available media information, however, he pointed out the likelihood of abuse and the appearance of a service consisting of the declared care, which, according to him, Karol Nawrocki did not intend to actually execute from the beginning.
He added:
Immunity does not include your spouse. We don't have any regulations on the substance at all, but we besides have offices for the first lady, wages.

On TVP Info, Ryszard Kalisz did not hide his negative attitude towards the fresh president.
If I imagine what's going to happen now, I'm speechless. It's all up to people. The president will pledge to be the personification of the majesty of the Republic of Poland and promise to guarantee that Poland is simply a common good said Kalisz.
A PKW associate then addressed Karol Nawrocki himself:
I am speaking to Mr. president Charles Nawrocki, delight read the constitution and learn about the powers of the head of state.
PKW Certificate
Earlier, Ryszard Kalisz informed TOK FM on air that on 11 June, Karol Nawrocki will receive an authoritative PKW certificate of election as President. The paper will be presented during the ceremony at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
Kalisz recalled that the resolution stating Nawrocki's election was adopted by the PKW on Monday and will be converted into a solemn document. He besides emphasized the importance of the place of the ceremony, indicating that the head of state symbolizes the majesty of the Republic, so the event takes place in a place of peculiar rank.
He besides added that by 16 June the PKW would decide on the election report, which is simply a condition for the ultimate Court to consider their validity. Following the announcement of the results on 2 June, electoral protests may be submitted by 16 June, while 2 July is the final date by which the ultimate Court may issue a decision on the validity of the vote. According to the electoral code, Karol Nawrocki should take office as president on August 6.
