Kadyrov sends panic convicts to war

Ramzan Kadyrov, the pro-Russian politician of Chechnya, sends people convicted of terrorism to the Ukrainian front. According to the independent Russian portal Vistka, even a close associate of Shamil Basayev was among the cadyrovers. In Sweden, a Chechen blogger, a critic of Kadyrov, was murdered.
