The "March of Justice" on Moscow and the death of the Primogyn caused speculation to arise that Ramzan Kadyrov could take his place. He has his own combat units which are formally part of Rossguardia, and during the June "rebellion" he verbally sided with Putin. His subordinates were directed against the marching Wagnerovers, but they remained somewhere in the distance and showed no desire to exposure themselves in the name of "in order." Nor was there any circumstantial skills for addressing these threats peculiarly effectively. Prior to the death of Prigozhyn, information was released, inter alia, by SUPERVISION Telegram, concerning Kadyrov's gathering with Emhemed Almagrav, Libya's ambassador, during which the issue of the beginning of the military base in Tripoli was to be discussed.
