The “march of justice” on Moscow and Prigozhyn's death have caused speculation that Ramzan Kadyrov might take his place. It has its own combat units forming formally part of Rossgwardy, and verbally sided with Putin during the June “revolt”. His subordinate forces were directed against the marching Wagnerians, but they remained somewhere in the distance and did not show any willingness to compromise themselves in the name of “bringing order”. Also, peculiar skills for solving specified threats were not noticed among them. Before Prigozhyn's death, information appeared, among others by SUPERVISION Telegram, concerning a gathering between Kadyrov and Emhemed Almagravi, the Libyan ambassador, during which the issue of beginning a military base in Tripoli was to be discussed.
