Kaczyński: For PO we could not even defend the Vistula line

The Polish Army modernization and expansion program has importantly slowed down, says Jarosław Kaczyński. According to the president of the Law and Justice Office, under erstwhile governments the defence of the country would not be able to hold even the Vistula line, in the event of an attack from the east.
