The 2025 independency March in Warsaw, which, according to the estimates of the capital services, gathered about 100,000 people, became not only the largest patriotic manifestation in Europe, but besides the arena of a fierce political war. This event, marked by incidents (such as the violation of the ban on pyrotechnics by politicians) and controversial slogans, was utilized by PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński to deliver a sharp message. Kaczyński, taking part in the march, declared his openness to all patriots, at the same time sending unprecedented, brutal criticism to Donald Tusk.
