Kaczyński on the country's development: "we have gone backwards". Not true

Jarosław Kaczyński has late been gathering with PiS supporters, encouraging them to vote for Karol Nawrocki. He promises that he will be the best president for hard times, due to the fact that the current government has already caused us to "fall back" in the country's development. He cites statistic as proof - but incorrectly.
