Kaczyński about Nawrock: it was a PiS candidate

President of Law and Justice Jarosław Kaczyński stated on Sunday that Karol Nawrocki was a PiS candidate. During the campaign, however, the party, as well as the candidate himself, assured that he was a citizen candidate.
