Kaczyński on alcohol in the Sejm. It mentions "tonic without a cap"

Jarosław Kaczyński stated that he had no objection to the ban on the sale of alcohol in the premises of the parliamentary hotel. In his opinion, however, it would be "little effective". As an argument, he recalled a way to circumvent specified a ban from 35 years ago.
