Kaczyński absent from the vote. Tusk: Symbolic surrender

The ruling coalition Members failed to reject the veto of president Karol Nawrocki on the alleged chain bill. The president of PiS Jarosław Kaczyński did not participate in the vote. There is simply a comment by Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
