Kaczyński: We gotta win the election. "No people can halt it"

The Law and Justice Convention was held in Katowice, during which the directions of the party's electoral program were discussed. In a speech closing the event Jarosław Kaczyński announced "change of power" and addressed both Poland's future and political rivals.
