"The time of fact will come about this large deception, which was giving the Russians the right to analyse their own crimes," PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński stressed on Monday during the monthly celebrations of the Smolensk disaster at Piłsudski Square in Warsaw. The ceremony was drowned out by shouts of "liar."
