Jarosław Kaczyński announces the revolution of the Polish legal strategy in autumn. Work is then to begin on a fresh Law and Justice programme, which will contain not only answers to current problems, but besides changes to the Constitution. This change, in the intention of the PiS camp, is to warrant Poland sovereignty. According to Kaczyński, the current basic law is ‘actually not applicable’.

“A programme operation will be at the centre of our action,” said Jarosław Kaczyński, announcing that in October of this year the fresh programme of his party, which is to include changes in the legal strategy and constitution. In the same month, as he added, a "big conference" will be held in Katowice to launch this "operation".

The fresh programme of the organization is to include "problems to solve". "The first is to change the legal strategy and constitution so that Polish sovereignty is guaranteed – completely and unequivocally" - emphasised the president of the Law and Justice Office. He added that, in practice, the current basic law ‘does not apply’.

What else could be found in the draft fresh constitution is most likely the earliest in October. Kaczyński believes that Poland's improvement policy at local and national level should be included in the basic law.

October is besides to bring “great mobilization” in the PiS. The president of the organization announced that the action will start “from the municipality to the municipality”, in which representatives of the formation will talk to citizens throughout Poland.
