“Kaczyński will build a fresh PiS story on Wąsiku and Kamiński”

About the situation surrounding the case of Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik
– This may end in general with a constitutional crisis in Poland and the fact that any institutions or any politicians, officials, will not recognise the powers of another officials. There will be a dualism, in fact anarchy, let us call it plainly, it will be an anarchy in the Polish country where, for example, the ultimate Court will – and this is what it is doing present – question the legality of e.g. the Constitutional Court and another ultimate Court Chambers. In a minute it may be that any Members will question the legality of electing another Members. There may be a situation in which we request to consider whether the Sejm will be sitting legally at all! (...) In our opinion, not recognizing 1 home by another is besides a problem concerning the sovereignty of Poland.

On the situation with public media
“The thing is that Tusk wants to take over public media at all costs, wants to take over all state institutions. The regulation of law is being rubbed on this issue. On the another hand, we have a squad of Jarosław Kaczyński who wants to build a fresh myth! Now he has the chance to build himself a fresh story of the defenders of democracy, defenders of the regulation of law, defenders of people who fought even corruption in Poland, due to the fact that now these people are being convicted. This is what the Law and Justice wants to do. In my opinion, Jarosław Kaczyński will play for Wąsik and Kamiński to be closed, and he will play for them to build a fresh story of Law and Justice. A fresh organization story due to the fact that this organization has already worn out!

The PiS is an incredible party. This is not the organization of the actual right. This is simply a organization that is only a organization seeking power. The another side of the exact same coin as Donald Tusk's party. In this situation it is only and only playing to polarize society. That's the only thing that matters to both sides.

On the upcoming elections to the European Parliament
– There is an chance to put in place a real Euro-Sceptic Group in the European Parliament. People who truly want to act in the interest of Poland in the European Union. Be outside the European Union. We can never regulation out specified scenarios. This is what we are dealing with clearly. Europe of homelands – yes. Euro-federation – no.

"Poland did not enter the European Union we are in today. After the Lisbon Treaty, the Union became a de facto national state. Not all the competences of the state yet, but this is no longer a average global organisation. This is an organisation with a truly powerful political influence, especially the European Commission, which is not elected in practice democratically. Which elites, these Euro-Federal elites have their own interests already, which will not necessarily substance to the interests of the associate States. And that's surely not the kind of union we want.

– Poles wanted to enter the European Union, where they will be able to drive freely, they will be able to trade, they will be able to live, if you want, in another country and no 1 will make large problems with it. These were things that Poles cared about! To be able to trade freely, to decision freely across Europe, to live freely. And these were things that Poles cared about. Not to shove any ideological inventions down their throats. To ban them from combustion cars, to ban them from eating meat in utmost cases, to tell them what to heat their homes, to tell Poles how to live their lives.
