Kaczyński alarms: Poland must start again

The president of Law and Justice Jarosław Kaczyński stated in Łódź that the current constitution of Poland "is practically not valid". He besides talked about the fact that the fresh should have adequate safeguards and be a sign that "we already have a fresh Poland".
