Many observers ask themselves about Donald Trump's inaction to draw consequences from Russia's subsequent provocations, first in Poland and then in Estonia. Senators from both major parties in the US, Democrats and Republicans decided not to wait for the president of the United States and submitted draft laws on Friday, including strengthening the safety of the NATO's east flank and fresh sanctions for Russian tankers from the "shadow float".
