Judge Maja Minkisiewicz: moving us to a fresh section is discrimination

Transfer to the fresh section in the Warsaw territory Court I consider as a manifestation of discrimination and unequal treatment of a group of judges. These actions have no legal basis and violate the rights of citizens – says the justice of the Warsaw territory Court Maja Maria Minkisiewicz from the late established section for alleged neo-judges.
