Judge excluded from Marcin Romanowski's case speaks about force and harassment

Judge Dariusz Łubowski from the Regional Court in Warsaw spoke about the "attempt to set up the case" of the erstwhile Deputy Minister of Justice Marcin Romanowski at a gathering of the National Council of the Judiciary. In December, a justice was excluded from examining an application for a European Arrest Warrant against a politician who had been granted asylum in Hungary.
