JRH announces ORBITEO strategical assumptions – a dual-use strategy integrator based on Polish capital

ORBITEO, whose initiator and organizer is, listed on the main marketplace of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, JRH ASI S.A. will be an integrator of Polish defence systems. According to the agreement, the assets forming ORBITEO will be transferred to the listed on NewConnect, Apollo Capital ASI S.A., which will change its name to ORBITEO ASI S.A. and JRH will include the majority package. ORBITEO will combine Polish sovereign technologies with dual, civilian and defence applications, from deeptech sectors, unmanned systems (drones), fresh space, AI, robotics and advanced detection technologies.
