Without any explanation
On Wednesday evening, the MP reported on platform X:
Today I learned from the papers delivered before the vote that I was dismissed as a associate of the Committee on Education and Science. No conversation, no prior information, no explanation.
Marcin Józefaciuk said that he understood the request to guarantee in committee those who supported the direction of the forthcoming reforms, but did not agree with decisions taken without prior consultation. He suggested that his appeal may have been due to a deficiency of subordination, critical remarks on the activities of the Ministry of Education, the conduct of controls on home education and engagement in the reconstruction and improvement of vocational education. He besides stressed that his activity was due to his concern for the school, teachers and students, and that any remarks and reservations preceded attempts to talk inside the club.
In connection with specified treatment of the associate of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, I made a message to the talker of the Sejm and to the president of the Club of the Committee of the Committee of Parliament that I would resign from membership of the civilian Coalition. – decided Józefaciuk.
Release form
Marcin Józefaciuk pointed out that his decision was not aimed at the Civic Coalition, but was a form of release for both him and his erstwhile associates. He announced the continuation of the parliamentary work, focusing on issues related to education, men's rights, health, household and support for those who feel neglected. He besides pointed to the importance of topics on combating parental alienation and number rights. At the same time, he expressed his willingness to proceed to cooperate with the club KO on matters applicable to the country.
The decision to revoke it from the Committee on Education, discipline and Youth was taken during the Wednesday vote in the Sejm. In his place, the Shirt Ursula was elected to the committee. 228 Members voted in favour of the amendments, 179 opposed and 21 abstained. Of the Members of the KO 147, only Józefaciuk opposed the decision.
Consequences for KO
Marcin Józefaciuk's decision to leave the Civic Coalition club is part of the process of transforming the group into a single organization after the merger of PO, Modern and Polish Initiative. any unpartisan Members are considering joining the fresh formation, others want to stay independent. Josephaciuk, who had previously declared to stay an unattached Member, confirmed his resignation.
At the same time, the Green Party, thus far co-founding the Civic Coalition club, is considering establishing cooperation with any independent MPs, among whom are Marcin Józefaciuk and Franciszek Sterczewski. At this stage, however, no circumstantial decisions have been taken on this issue.
