U.S. president Joe Biden admitted on Tuesday that he nearly fell asleep during last week's debates with Donald Trump, explaining this with fatigue on abroad travels from June. He explained this during a gathering with election donors in McLean, Virginia, close Washington.

Prior to the debate, 55% of respondents had no assurance in Biden's ability to hold the office of President, while Trump had 47%.
