The Life and household Centre conducts recruitment for the post: Correspondent Service Officer. The offer is addressed to people already experienced in a akin position and/or those who are easy to establish relationships and contacts with another people – customers or correspondents of the organization.

Responsibilities
– telephone and email service of correspondents and donors of the Foundation
– handling of correspondence of the foundation – incoming and outgoing
– handling of telephone and message orders
– Service of donors and orders through the interior CRM system
– office service: moving current office purchases (including economical chemistry and food products)

4. the recipients of your individual data may be entities providing our services in peculiar hosting, IT, printing, shipping, payment, legal, accounting, personnel,
5. in case of successful recruitment, your individual data will be stored in order to prepare a contract of employment or a civilian law contract, in accordance with statutory provisions. papers of rejected candidates shall be deleted at the latest after the expiry of the limitation period for claims for discrimination in employment,
6) you have the right to access the content of your data and the right to correct it, delete it, restrict the processing, transfer the data, the right to object, the right to revoke the consent to its processing at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was carried out on the basis of the consent expressed before its withdrawal; you will be able to submit all these requests to the address of the Foundation's registered office, at ul.
