Joanna Senyszyn in court again. It's about the soldiers cursed

On Thursday, the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk overturned the judgement dismissing the Ordo Iuris suit against erstwhile MP Prof. Joanna Senyszyn for an entry about the soldiers cursed. The case will be reconsidered. It was found that the Court of First Instance did not make the key factual findings.
