Once again, this time “ropathologically”, about digital money

PROGRAMMEAL MONEY OR DEATH FOR MAN

more

The 21st century brought us a wave of fresh financial terms: Cryptoluty, “mining” ( cryptocurrency mines – PZ), ‘digital currencies’, ‘fast payments’, ‘crowdfunding’, ‘fintech’, ‘proximity payments’, ‘neobons’, ‘financial inclusion’, ‘programmeable money’, etc.

I will focus on the last phenomenon – programmable money. Last year a comprehensive article was published on the U.S. national Reserve website “What Is Programmable Money?” (What is programmable money?). The article begins as follows: "The discussions on financial technologies have late begun to include the concept of "programmable money", although the exact meaning of this word is frequently unclear". Since then, however, much has been explained about programmable money. 90% of publications usage this word to describe CBDC. This English abbreviation stands for Central Bank Digital Currency – the digital currency of the central bank.

At least 50 central banks are developing CBDCs. The Chinese Central Bank has made peculiar advancement in investigating digital yuan. The United States national Reserve has besides importantly intensified efforts to make a digital dollar. CBDC improvement leaders include central banks of Sweden, Malaysia, South Africa, Singapore, Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia. Incidentally, the Russian Federation was besides on the leader list.

CBDC is called ‘programmable currency’. It is stressed that this is 1 of the main advantages of the fresh currency over conventional cash and non-cash money, and the fresh currency will inevitably overpower the old money.

Digital currency programming means giving fresh money circumstantial features utilizing digital technology. Moreover, individual features of each user's money. We're talking mark programming, address programming. This issue has been examined most profoundly with respect to Chinese yuan; In China, specified programmes are linked to the social evaluation system. On the basis of the citizen's assessment, the digital yuan is programmed to be stored in the citizen's electronic wallet. A citizen receives rights or vice versa, bans on the usage of digital yuan.

A celebrated British expert, blogger and tv presenter Layah Heilpern in her book Undressing Bitcoin: A Revealing Guide to the World’s Most Revolutionary Asset.world writes about the dangers posed by CBDC currency. She gave an interview last summer, saying: “Programmable government-controlled money should scare you. If people can keep quiet about things due to censorship, it is easier for the government to cover people with a hat. This is akin to the restrictions imposed by the authorities on non-vaccinated persons.’

According to the sources I studied, the main parameters of CBDC programming are:

1. acquisition of available goods and services. A ‘good’ individual has the anticipation to acquisition all goods and services through the CBDC. For a individual characterized by "bad behaviour" the CBDC is simply a way of acquiring only the essential goods and services. Laya Heilpern says, “Thanks to CBDC, all he has to do is program the money so you can’t spend it on circumstantial targets.” In the West, for example, citizens are convinced that cows are dangerous to the climate due to the fact that they leave behind manure, which is the origin of greenhouse gases heating the atmosphere. This means that buying meat with CBDC will not be possible. But with that money you can buy worms and insects.

2. Geography of the operation of the digital currency. For a “good” person, this is the full country. For those with a lower rating only a circumstantial region or city. And for those with a very tiny radius, the radius is (relatively) 5 kilometres from their place of residence. Digital currency is simply a leash. For any it is longer, for others shorter. If you are affected by a fresh "pandemic", the digital currency can be reprogrammed for all citizens and the scope of action will be the same for all. Let's say 1 mile. And you can't go anywhere.

3. Shelf life of the digital currency. 1 of the fundamental differences between CBDC and average money is that the second can be stored, collected and earned on interest while the CBDC has a limited lifespan. It's a melting currency. For "good" citizens, the retention period will be extended and for a "bad" citizen, the digital currency will be valid for 24 hours (conditionally). In any case, the “melting” currency is simply a negative interest rate money. It cannot become capital.

The West continues to closely monitor Chinese innovation in CBDC. Especially in Europe and the United States, they were curious in the thought of limiting the importance of digital currency. On April 5, 2021, an article on digital yuan was published in the American Wall Street Journal. It is noted that already at the investigating phase the Chinese set the date of expiry of the digital yuan: "digital yuan is programmable and Beijing is investigating the anticipation of a expiration date to encourage people to spend money in the country". There is besides talk in the United States about the request to set the date of the digital dollar. This could give impetus to the improvement of the American economy by forcing the request of US citizens.

The most stringent option for individual programming of CBDC is to block the citizen's account by the Central Bank. Or even reset (zero) his account. For a man it will be a death sentence.

The intended programming of the CBDC is to transform a man into a robot, depriving him of those fewer remnants of freedom which capitalism has not yet destroyed. The full-scale introduction of the CBDC will mean the complete and final end of the era of capitalism. The world, according to the plans of the moneyholders, must go to post-capitalism. This is simply a fresh slave system, which president of the planet economical Forum (WEF) Klaus Schwab made sense to call inclusive capitalism (inclusive).

With specified a social system, all will become full slaves. Everyone will have access to digital money adequate to just buy a part of bread and not starve. However, in a concentration camp, even if it is electronic, all money is simply a harmful excess.
