The Radom territory Prosecutor's Office will examine whether associate of Law and Justice Marek Suski has exceeded his powers and influenced officials of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. The case concerns the blocked co-financing for investments in the heat and power plant in Radom. Mr Konrad Frysztak, associate of the civilian Coalition, notified the D.A. on this matter.
