The European Parliament has decided to waive the immunity of Grzegorz Braun. The decision is simply a consequence of the demolition of the flags of Ukraine and the EU and the public denial of Holocaust crimes.
The application, submitted by the Polish prosecutor's office, had previously received unanimous support from the EP's legal commission. Nor did Euro MPs have doubts about the nature of the charges and the necessity to let investigations.
This is not the first time that the Euro-Parliament has voted to waive immunity for Braun. Earlier, this happened, among others, in connection with incidents with Khanuk candles in the Sejm and violations of bodily immunity of Gizela Jagielska gynecologist.
