Today, the court decided to issue a possible arrest warrant for Zbigniew Ziobry. However, the territory Court for Warsaw-Mokotów decided to postpone the gathering until 15 January due to shortcomings in the materials provided by the prosecution.
The incomplete evidence in the case is, according to the prosecution, the reason for the court's postponement of the decision on Zbigniew Ziobry. The D.A.'s office has 7 days to deliver the missing documents. The proceeding at which the court will deal will take place on 15 January.
The attorneys of Zbigniew Ziobry stated that the fact that the prosecutor did not present the full case to the court was confusing – the missing classified material is “an immanent part of the evidence”, and besides concerns the “key charge” of Zbigniew Ziobra. It's an agreement to entrust funds between the Ministry of Justice and the CBA. – The court was de facto deprived by the prosecution of the chance to read these materials – said lawyer Zbigniew Ziobry patron Adam Gomoła.
