There is an act of accusation against Mariusz Błaszczak and Sławomir Cenckiewicz

The territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw informed that apart from Błaszczak and Cenckiewicz, the indictments include: current president of the National Broadcasting and tv Council – Agnieszka Glapiak and b. manager of the Department of defence strategy and Planning MON – Piotr Z. As reported in the communication, the prosecutor accused Błaszczak of exceeding his powers as Minister of National Defence in late July 2023 in order to accomplish individual benefits for the PiS party, consisting in declassified fragments of papers of strategical operational planning, including the "Plan for the usage of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland Wart".
