Thirdly, the deliberate creation of surviving conditions aimed at destroying the group in full or in part by destroying the structures and land essential for Palestinians, destroying and refusing access to medical services, blocking access to the essential assistance, water, electricity and fuel, reproductive force and circumstantial conditions affecting children. Fourth, the usage of birth prevention solutions: by attacking the largest fertility treatment clinic in the Gaza Strip in December 2023, which destroyed about 4000 embryos and 1,000 semen samples and unfertilized ova.
In order to fulfil the legal definition of genocide under that Convention, it should besides be established that the perpetrator committed any of these acts with a concrete intention to destruct the group in full or in part. The actions of Israeli political and military leaders "can be attributed to the State of Israel", and thus this State "responsible for non-stopping genocide, committing genocide and not punishing genocide".
The Israeli MFA declared that it categorically rejects this report, condemning it as “distorted and false” and even accused the 3 members of the commission of acting as “Hamas representatives”. The September 16 paper is not the authoritative UN position. United Nations advanced Commissioner for Human Rights Austrian Volker Türk said: " The court decides whether this is genocide or not, and we see more and more evidence. The global Court of Justice is examining a case brought by South Africa in which it accuses Israeli forces of genocide, but the ruling may take years.

The summary of the judaic Shoah and the execution of tens of thousands of innocent Palestinians is shocking for the Israelis themselves, in which the hope of returning the kidnapped hostages is extinguished, but opposition against the criminal politics of Prime Minister Netanyahu is increasing. Behind the perpetrator of the "final solution to the Palestinian issue" (in short... Endlösung) the global Criminal Court in The Hague has already sent out an arrest warrant for crimes against humanity. Given that for Netanjah, “special operation” in Gaza is his way of avoiding political collapse and prison for corruption charges, there is no excuse for it! You gotta say with a large voice: Enough!
