80-year-old Jerzy Ż. – the man whose flat Karol Nawrocki took over – is presently in a state Social Welfare Home – Onet reports. “Karol Nawrocki gave Mr. Jerzy money to buy the apartment, which Mr. Jerzy promised to give to Nawrocki in exchange for the aid he provided,” the spokeswoman for the PiS-supported presidential candidate noted earlier.
